The report will identify the level of compliance required for each Healthy Homes Standard, area by area in your investment property and contains recommendations on what needs to be addressed to ensure the property meets the Healthy Homes standards. For added peace of mind the report will cover any high risk life threatening issues that you should be aware of. 

You will be provided with an online portal that has been specifically designed to rectify any risks, issues and any Healthy Homes non-compliance works. The details from the report will assist with quote procurement and put you in touch with the right tradespeople to help get the job done.

Once the property is compliant, a Certificate of Compliance and Section 13A Statement will be issued for you to meet your record keeping obligations.
